JuClick™ is a digital impact platform. This policy explains how JuClick handles information when people visit JuClick.com, request launch updates, or communicate with us through forms provided on the Site.

Information we collect

When you use the Get Notified form, JuClick currently asks for your name and email address. If you submit a privacy request through the form below, we also receive the information you choose to provide in that request. Our hosting and form-service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, and security or server logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide requested launch updates, operate and secure the Site, respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and support JuClick's business operations. JuClick does not currently collect payment information through the Site.

Service providers and sharing

JuClick may use service providers to host the Site, process website forms, provide security, and perform other operational services. They may process information on JuClick's behalf for those purposes. JuClick does not state or imply that visitor information is sold merely because a service provider processes it for Site operations.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business needs, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and the services in use, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may choose not to submit the Get Notified form. If you no longer want launch updates, you may request removal using the privacy request form below. Where applicable law gives you additional rights regarding your personal information, JuClick will address verified requests as required.

JuClick.com is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
