These Terms govern use of JuClick.com and the JuClick™ digital platform. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About JuClick

JuClick connects people, participating brands, and impact partners around sponsored cause campaigns. JuClick is preparing its first sponsored campaigns. Campaign participation and impact features become available as individual campaigns launch.

Free participation and sponsor funding

Unless a specific campaign clearly states otherwise, a JuClick action is designed to be free to the participant. A user's JuClick is not itself a monetary donation by that user. Campaign funding is provided under arrangements with participating sponsors, and campaign pages will describe the applicable impact model.

Campaign information

Campaign availability, goals, qualifying actions, sponsors, impact partners, timing, and impact may vary by campaign. Only information published for a specific live campaign should be relied on as describing that campaign.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or automated participation, impersonate another person, or use JuClick content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

JuClick intellectual property

JuClick™, the JuClick name, site design, original text, graphics, software, campaign presentation, and other JuClick materials are owned by or licensed to JuClick and are protected as applicable by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, reproduce, republish, imitate, or create confusingly similar JuClick branding or Site materials except as allowed by law.

Third parties

The Site may identify or link to sponsors, impact partners, service providers, or other third parties. Their services and websites may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and availability

JuClick may improve, update, suspend, or change Site features and campaign offerings. We may also update these Terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JuClick disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
